Anna Dóra
As an Abstract Expressionist artist, I draw inspiration from the untamed beauty of my homeland, Iceland. The dramatic contrasts of fire and ice, light and shadow, fuel my desire to express the sublime energy of nature through abstraction.
Working with oil, resin, rust and freshly erupted volcanic rock, I create textures that feel alive, echoing the natural forces that shape our world. Each painting captures both power and stillness, translating Iceland’s elemental landscape into contemporary fine art that brings the raw spirit of nature into modern living spaces.
